Advantages of universal manipulator of load handling


Weighing and its analysis are carried out automatically and do not requir any time from the driver of the fork lift truck.

All the commands of the devices handling as well as the capacity of setting are accompanied by the light indication by means of the block of indication.

Due to the adjusted power supply block the setting is inpretentions to the conditions and power supply quality and can work from the side network of fork lift truck voltage of 8 – 16 V.

The construction of the setting allows to regulate a sensitivity to weight, that is, it is possible to set the minimum value of difference of weight which she reacts on. Within the range of experiment the setting was able to align weight to the difference of less than 15 kg, that makes 1% from loading on the carriage. If minimum difference does not meet the requirements of balancing of weight, it can be considerably decreased by using tenzosuppliers with the higher level of accuracy.

The setting can be used for weighing of load. The fork grasper could be used in the working modes, where the calculation of the processed load is necessary. In this case it is possible to speak about considerable growth of work productivity of fork lift truck due to combination of operations of transporting, weighing and calculation.

Balancing of weight is carried out at immobile fork lift truck, when it moves with "creeping speed". The necessity of such condition is explained by the fact that at the higher rates of movement the dynamic efforts would energe, which distort the real value of tenzosuppliers.

At the development of setting at the level of scheme decisions the special attention is paid to the stability of electronic part to the changes and influencing of environmental temperature. The setting provides efficient work within the limits of temperatures from -30° S to +50° S.

The developed hydraulic chart of fork holder allowed to shift each fork as well as to carry out their parallel displacement. At such hydraulic chart it is possible to move fork by pulling them together or extending the pitchforks. This operation is important for the lateral holding of stacks. Therefore it was not realized on an experimental fork. But it could be introdused in necessity.

The introduction of the principle of centring of load required the introduction of the higher level technique. The systems of automatic control are used for optimization of work of transmission and partly braking system. The informative devices are used mostly during the work with the load. The widening of the range of application of such systems would promote productivity and safety of work of fork lift trucks. The system of automatic control are too expensive to be widely used. Therefore, the idea of creation of the complex system of management appeared. Due to the integration of functions the necessity of duplication of its elements would be of no importance and make the simplification of the system and the reducement in price.

The universal manipulator of load handling was developed as one of elements of such system of complex control. Its combination with operations of centring and transporting is the perspective way of the rising the efficiency of the use of fork lift truck in the working mode.
