The researches on development of algorithms of construction of three-dimensional surface by the signal of video are carried out. The arrangement of mobile light cart for researches of algorithms of moving and orientation efficiency has been developed. A light cart contains a video camera, block Comart. A signal is passed on the stationary placed personal computer with software of image processing and algoritmization of mobile light cart. The software passes a signal to the transmission controller. From there by radio channel it moves to the controller of electric motors of mobile light cart. At present the experiments on visual determination of obstacle by the mobile light cart have been carried out and adjustment of algorithms of reaction of light cart on it.
