The Measuring-Control Part

The measuring part consist of tenzosuppliers, which are connected to the bridge circuit of measuring (fig.1). The bridge circuit gets power from the generator of impulses, stabilized by amplitude, with frequency of 2,5 kGts.
The control block (fig.2) works on the comparison of signals, which come from tenzosuppliers (the principle of functioning of which is based on the tenzoefect). The block consists of the block of information processing and power module.
The block of information processing determines the values of signals in tenzosuppliers, compares them and determines, what command should be sent to the functioning devices. At command sending some “tightening” of command is observed. It is caused by certain insensitivity of device to the definite difference in weight on pitchforks. The “tightening” of command enables to level the loading on pitchforks with greater accuracy.
The power-supply of units of the device is provided by the power module, which enables the device’s stable at fluctuation of entrance voltage in the range of 9 to 16 V. The block filters and galvanic decoupling prevent penetration of hindrances into the measuring frequency.

The block of control (fig.3) forms the commands of the set power, which are sent straight to the function devices. The block is a kind of minicontrol desk with buttons for each finger. The block of indication (fig. 4) serves for the control of work and commands which are sent to the functioning devices. The indicators of power supply of centring operation, and of load moving direction could be found there. The mentioned blocks above are on the front panel of fork lift truck (fig.5).
