Ecological control

Perfection of emissions and ecological control of vehicles
The most effective action against pollution is that of limiting motor vehicle pollution. In good condition a car expends less fuel, and at the correct adjustments can reduce the harm done to the atmosphere. Over 90% of motor vehicle parking is taken up by private motor vehicles, this hampers the control and support of the parking spaces in the ecological and technical state.
In order for pollution to be reduced the government needs to create standards on emissions of motor vehicles and enforce them, such can be done by requiring each motor vehicle to have a certificate proving the vehicle passed inspections.
The following are measures that should help improve the development of an efficient emissions control system:
●       Development and implementation of an ecological certificate for vehicles that have passed emission testing. (ecological certificate gas station);
●       Reduction of toxic and exhaust gases by optimum adjustments of engines;
●       Networking stationary and moveable control regulation points in L'viv, with introduction of guarantee obligations of control-regulation points before the proprietors of cars for implementation of control-regulation;
●       Road police pulling over vehicles clearly over the emission regulations at visual control;
●       Development of regional technical standards for limiting pollution;
●       Development of laws as to where the pollution laws are to be enforced
●       Surveillance of pollution levels of exhaust gases such as oxide of carbon, hydrocarbons, from within the city and compared to other cities, this should be done by employees of the road police and from branches of the state ecological control center.
Separately it is possible to monitor select areas within the city with the computer in order to detect areas with excessive pollution.
