The research of temperature changes at brakes of fork lift truck



The computer research of temperature changes at brakes of fork lift truck with the capacity of 5 tons has been carried out. The research was based on the mathematical model in which the method of complete elements was used. It gives the possibility to take approximate values of temperatures at certain points of any sections.
3D-dimensional schemas of drum brake mechanism has been created in Solid Works 2001. The elements of this mechanism were researched by means of special program Cosmos/Works 6.0.
The economic effect of the new fork lift truck has been calculated in the economic part of the project. Labour protection regulations have been developed in the separate chapter of diploma project.

The research of hydraulic steering
This diploma project deals with investigation of steering of vehicles, especially fork lift trucks.
The equation of motion of fork lift trucks with the load weight carrying capacity of five tones has been made on the basis of the analysis of dynamic schemes.
The analysis of advantages of hydraulic volumetric steering operation has been suggested in the diploma project, on the basis of force calculation optimal type size of dozen-pump.
The economic affect of the installation of the hydraulic steering mechanism has been calculated as well as the labour protection of the driver of the fork lift trucks has been regulated.

The research of heating system
This diploma project is dedicated to the solution of working up of the lift load truck’s heating systems with the capacity of 5 tons.
There is a review of typical heating and ventilation in the project. time-dependent transitional heating regime of warmth of the cabin of lift load truck have been investigated.
The problems of labour protection and economical calculation have been carried out in the work.
Eight pages of graphic diagrams are applied to the project.

The research of stability and drivability of the lift load truck
The problems of stability and drivability of the lift load truck at movement on curve ways of a road and on turn have been investigated in the project. Critical speed of movement and removal of tires have been determined.
The system of pressure-regulation of air in tires has been suggested which allows to redistribute pressure in forward and back wheels depending on vertical loading of lift load truck. The algorithm of work of the system and microprocessor block of management is given.The calculation of the back and forward bridges of the lift load truck has been made. The insignificant constructive changes have taken place at the installation of the system of regulation of pressure of air in tires.
Technical operation of the lift load truck with the instruction on maintenance service of the system of regulation of pressure of air in tires have been considered.
The economic effect of the installation of the system has been calculated. The problems of safe operation, fire-prevention measures of the systems have been worked out.
