DESIGN FORK LIFT TRUCK LABORATORY PROJECT

The subject of the diploma project is
the development of the course of analysis of the design mobile
loading-unloading machines and putting a lab.
Principal topics for lectures, practical and laboratory classes have been defined.
In section of “Economics” the network schedule of creation and putting
into practice the manufacturing of the special stand for taking
parameters of the hydraulic schemes of lift loading trucks have been
worked out.
Safety precautions and labour protection measures were taken into account at designing of lab works.


Universal Communal Vehicle



On the basis of the conducted review of designs of municipal machines the universal machine has been suggested in this diploma project. This machine is capable to use a broad spectrum of the equipment necessary in the municipal and residential offices.
In a design part the original construction of the machine has been suggested, the calculation of ots steering characteristics has been carried out, the hydraulic and kinematic schemes has been developed and the calculation of one of the aggregates of the shed equipment has beenworked out.
In economic section the calculations of the economic efficiency of manufacturing of the universal machine and its paybacks are concidered.
In the "«Labour safety" section of the project the exploitation standards and the maintaince of the universal municipal machines have been developed.






UNIVERSAL ROBOT MANIPULATOR


In this diploma project the analysis of the literature has been given in which the problems of manipulators design have been investigated. On the basis of the carried out examination different kinds of robots and manipulators were systematized, generalized structural diagram of robots has been made. Electro-hydraulic diagram of manipulator has been suggested and calculated.
The problems of labor protection, the economical effect of the researches carried out in the result of computer calculation have been made.





MANIPULATOR FOR SELF-LOADING AUTOMOBILE






The selection and calculation of the design of automobile crane-manipulators for lorry convoys KamAZ, automobiles GAS and ZiL have been developed in the degree works.
The hydraulic circuit and the account of elements of the auto crane have been executed in the design part of the work.
In the technological part the technological process of manufacturing of one of the details of the auto crane is developed.
The economic efficiency from use of researches with the help of computers instead of natural investigation has been determined at designing of the auto crane in the economic part.
The questions of labour protection and safety of work at operation of the auto crane have been considered in the separate chapter.





FORK LIFT TRUCK STEERING SYSTEM 'STEERING WHEEL- BREAKS'
In this diploma project the literature review has been made. The ways of improvement of steering methods of vehicles, especially for fork lifter, new design of steering system has been suggested. Hydraulic scheme has been chosen and calculation of hydraulic positive-displacement of handling especially its pump-portioner and assembling braking system. The problem of operation of new steering device is solved.


The economic efficiency of the new steering system is worked out as well as the problems of labor protection under the working conditions of the fork lifter together with steering system.

FORK LIFT TRUCK STEERING SYSTEM 'STEERING WHEEL- LOAD'


In this diploma project the literature review has been made. The ways of improvement of steering and stability of vehicles, in particular fork lifters have been investigated, new design of steering control has been suggested. Hydraulic scheme has been chosen and calculation of components has been made: the fork lifter with side shift of fork and hydraulic positive-displacement of handling especially its pump-proportioner. The problem of operation of new steering device is solved.
The economic efficiency of the new steering system is worked out as well as the problems of labor protection under the working conditions of the fork lifter together with steering system.
