The first chapter underlines the importance of load-lifters among the other means of transport and describes the peculiarities of design and operation of these vehicles. It defines the operating efficiency of load-lifters and outlines the main factors that influence them (Fig.1).

Factors influencing load-lifters’ operating efficiency are not adequately underlined in the works of P.Hashchuk, I.Machulski, Y.Ros’, S.Vulchyn. The thus was present total picture of factors’ influencing the operating efficiency of lift-load trucks report on the request of experimental and theoretical researches and analyze design achievements which change the influence of factors on operating efficiency. The above mentioned reasons enabled the conceptualization of the aim and problems of research, which was divided into two ways of investigation: the problems of longitudinal and cross-section vertical surfaces.
