The increase of the efficiency of lift – load trucks at operating conditions
Change of the position of the center of weight has been observed at loading and unloading for load transportation vehicles (lorries - lift – load trucks). Operating characteristics of the vehicle are subjected to the considerable changings, particularly, sharp bendings.
Besides, the stabilization of the position of weight center, the controlling and influencing the sharp bendings of the vehicle, including the pressure shift of tires of the vehicle into the operating condition has been suggested.
The investigation consists of the following:
The study of the influence of sharp bendings change on the operating characteristics of the vehicle.
Working out of methods cued constructive solving of stabilization of sharp bendings.
The study of the efficiency of suggested solving from the point of view of increasing of operating efficiency of the vehicle in the working cycle.
The study of the limits of innovations and the widening of heir applications.
The aim of investigations is the improvement of exploitation characteristics of vehicles, i. e. lift – load trucks.
The investigations have been carried out by the Department of Exploitation and Repairing of Automobile Engineering of the National University „Lvivska Polytechnika” and Lviv’s experimental repairing and mechanical plant.
Carried out experimental investigations have shown the wholesome of use of pressure shift operation in the tires of transportation vehicles. Thus, the system for realization of pressure shift operation in the tires of transportation vehicles has been suggested.
